About...

  The newly re-generated Doctor takes Rose, who's all packed up for the journey now, to New Earth. An Earth 5 billion and 23 years into the future, rebuilt after the old Earth's sun expanded and blew it all up (as seen in the episode "The End of the World" featuring the Ninth Doctor, More?). Apparently, humans found this new planet which was similar to the old one and built it up into their new home. Rose thinks that the Doctor is simply taking her here to see the sights, however a note that appeared on his psychic paper reading 'Ward 26 - Please Come' is the real reason they are there.
  Once inside the hospital right outside New New York (no joke), the Doctor and Rose get separated. Rose stumbles across an old foe, Lady Cassandra, who has different plans for Rose. Meanwhile, the Doctor makes his way to Ward 26 where he sees all sorts of different diseases these 'cat nuns' are trying to cure and an old friend, The Face of Boe.
  Eventually, through some sneaking around and Rose's body being possessed by Cassandra (and the Doctor's body being possessed by her as well - hilarious!), the pair find out that these nuns have an enormous human "farm" in the bowels of the hospital where every single human is infested with every sort of disease imaginable. This is how the nuns try to cure the folks upstairs, by experimenting on the folks downstairs. This, of course, being highly unethical, forces the Doctor to sort of, live up to his namesake and help all of the humans out.
  The Doctor sees the Face of Boe once more before he leaves, but the message that he intended to give the Doctor has to wait until they meet again, which they will.
