Welcome to Journey's End, TheFanlistings.org approved fanlisting for the character Marwood, or I, from the brilliant British cult comedy Withnail & I. Described as "level-headed and worrisome", Marwood is one half of a pair of hedonistic, out-of-work actors stuck in a rut in Camden Town in the 1960's. The narrator of the story, Marwood is the voice of reason in their uncertain days ahead. He is, after all, the one who suggests the 'holiday on the country' even though it turns out to be a huge mistake. It doesn't sound too awfully hilarious, but if you know the movie at all, you'll know it really is. Voted as the "3rd greatest comedy of all time", by the readers of Total Film, and one of the most quotable movies of all time, it's a cult classic in it's own right. I know you're a fan, there's no use denying it, so join already. Don't make me threaten you with a dead fish.
