004. If you're joining with a website, you MUST put up a code! No exceptions! You need to have it up when you join because I will look for it when I get your application to join. If I can't find it, I will add YOU to the listing, but not your site. It's only fair, I link you, you link me, it's all good.

005. Your site cannot contain anything of an illegal nature, or any offensive material. I reserve the right NOT to add it if this is the case.
