This is a fanlisting for the Lord of the Rings actor, Billy Boyd. Ever since Billy appeared on screen in Fellowship of the Ring as the sweet trouble maker Pippin, I have been a fan. Oh, and you have to dig that scottish accent! Also, this is not the *official* fanlisting for Billy (according to TFL.org), it is simly A fanlisting. There can be more than one. =)
